When configuring a Public form where automatic logout is enabled on the system, the maximum period of inactivity was exceeded, yet the automatic logout failed to trigger.
Answer:
By product design, public forms do not require login credentials and are, therefore, exempt from the timeout. Automatic logout would only apply to non-public forms.
