Solution:

To help us help you, we require some information. Please check the below list for information to add to the created support request.

  1. DocuWare Cloud only allows access from the same "region". Calls performed from, e.g. the US to a European DocuWare Cloud and vice versa, will fail!

    1. Check that your Power Automate "region" is the same as the DocuWare Cloud

    2. Regions overview for Power Automate - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn & Power Platform environments overview - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

    1. Filter to only flows, which have state "failed runs"

    2. Export the CSV file ("Get .csv file" function) of the failed runs and provide it in test-data

  3. Within one of your failed runs, create a screenshot of the affected DocuWare module with the error message and add it to test-data or e-mail (Please select / highlight the affected module)

  4. The following steps are described based on the setting "New designer" option being enabled

    1. Select the erroneous DocuWare module and open the Parameters window (left side of your flow)

    2. Scroll down until you find the Properties section

    3. Create a screenshot after clicking the first option in the "start time" and "end time" line - it will show the UTC time of the executed flow / action

    4. Provide the screenshot with the UTC time in the support request test-data or e-mail

  5. For all DocuWare modules receiving input, please provide the JSON input (show raw input) and JSON output (show raw output) data

    1. If no inputs / outputs options are displayed from the module, provide the information from "Code View"
