Behavior:
Microsoft Power Automate is only provided for DocuWare Cloud! It is technically not possible to connect DocuWare on-premises!
You have created a flow on Microsoft Power Automate and used one of the DocuWare modules.
You have verified that the platform has no current issues on Microsoft Check Online Service Health additional details: Microsoft View Service Health
Your flow fails with an error at one or multiple DocuWare modules. Then, it is time to create a support request for DocuWare Support. Please follow: KBA-36198 · DocuWare Support Portal

To help us help you, we require some information. Please check the below list for information to add to the created support request.

DocuWare Cloud only allows access from the same "region". Calls performed from, e.g. the US to a European DocuWare Cloud and vice versa, will fail!

Check that your Power Automate "region" is the same as the DocuWare Cloud

Select your flow with the DocuWare behaviour, open the "Run History" (details can be found here: Power Automate Flow – Run history & limitations)

Filter to only flows, which have state "failed runs"

Export the CSV file ("Get .csv file" function) of the failed runs and provide it in test-data

Within one of your failed runs, create a screenshot of the affected DocuWare module with the error message and add it to test-data or e-mail (Please select / highlight the affected module)

The following steps are described based on the setting "New designer" option being enabled

Select the erroneous DocuWare module and open the Parameters window (left side of your flow)

Scroll down until you find the Properties section

Create a screenshot after clicking the first option in the "start time" and "end time" line - it will show the UTC time of the executed flow / action

Provide the screenshot with the UTC time in the support request test-data or e-mail

For all DocuWare modules receiving input, please provide the JSON input (show raw input) and JSON output (show raw output) data

If no inputs / outputs options are displayed from the module, provide the information from "Code View"
