Scenario:
You are running server setup, but are running into the following error when the database is being upgraded:
Solution:
This error can be the result of a few different root causes. Please review the following reasons and resolutions:
1: Incorrect collation is being used in the MySQL database.
-If you recently updated your MySQL database, the incorrect collation set can be configured, which can cause issues during the upgrade.
-Please review KBA-36263 to learn more.
2: Database upgrade is timing out.
-Depending on the size of the database, DocuWare may take longer to complete the upgrade.
-Please perform the steps layed out in KBA-34459 to increase the database timeouts.
