You've just created a new user in a DocuWare Cloud System, and can login successfully. However, after logging in, you find you do not have the option to access DocuWare Configurations or assigned Document Trays.
This happens because DocuWare Cloud, by product design, assigns new users to a "Workflow" license with limited rights. In order to fix this issue you'll need to do the following:
1. (Under a System Administrator's account) From your DocuWare Web Client, access the Configurations page
2. Access your "Product Overview" plugin
3. Go down to the Licences section and apply a User License to the appropriate username, and click "Save".
The user should now be able to login, access assigned Document Trays and have a Configurations page option.
