Behavior:
After applying a new license file to change your organization name, your DocuWare public forms are inaccessible with the following error;
500 - Internal Server Error
Message:
Organization with name: [old organization name]
Exception
DWDBException: Organization with name: [old organization name]
Solution:
This issue ocurrs when the credentials for the affected form(s) must be validated. Navigate to each public form, go to the Permissions tab of the form, then click Configure under Public Form (Form can be sent outside your organization).
Enter the DocuWare credentials, then select Validate Credentials.
Click "OK" followed by "Save" in the top right-hand corner and the form's public link will now be accessible without error.
