Behavior:
While attempting to import, print, or scan with DocuWare Desktop apps, the following error occurs;
While attempting to import, print, or scan with DocuWare Desktop apps, the following error occurs;
"No inbox available."
Solution:
This behavior occurs when the user connected to the Desktop application has no permission to access the document tray. The following can be done to identify and alleviate this issue;
- Check the user connected in the Desktop application. In some occasions, the user connected to the desktop app can differ from the user login into the Web Client.
- You can create a new document tray for the user (KBA-36297), or give the user permissions to an existing tray.
KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-Premise Organizations.
