Behavior:
When users attempt to access DocuWare via the “Continue with Microsoft” option, the login fails, and the following error message is displayed;

"Application with identifier .... was not found in the directory"


Answer:
This error indicates that the current Client ID configured with Single Sign-on (SSO) is incorrect. To alleviate this behavior and prevent it from reoccurring, obtain the Client ID from the App registration of your organization's Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure) environment, remove the incorrect Client ID from the SSO configuration within DocuWare, and replace it with the correct Client ID obtained from your App registration. Once completed, users can log on to DocuWare via the “Continue with Microsoft” option without error.
