Behavior:
When logging in to the DocuWare Web Client, the following error is presented;

When checking the licensing in DocuWare Administration, the referenced user does have the needed license to access the Web Client, yet the error persists;
Solution:
This behavior indicates that your DocuWare license has expired. To verify this, navigate to the database that hosts your DocuWare system and open the DWLicense table located in the DWSystem. From here, look at the expirationDate column and check if the expiration date has been reached.

Alternatively, if you have a vaild contract, you can contact your Authorized DocuWare Provider (ADP) or your Regional Sales Director (RSD), who can verify if the license is expired and provide you with a new license file.
