Behavior:
When attempting to create a DocuWare Cloud Trial, the following error is thrown;
 
"An error on trial creation has occurred. Please try again or contact our support."

 
Solution:
This error can occur due to a variety of factors. Please refer to the following recommendations to resolve this behavior;
  • Ensure the DocuWare Cloud Web Address does not contain unsupported characters. This includes special and capitalized characters. 
  • Clear all browser cache and cookies to ensure the browser is not causing this issue.
  • Check the version of the browser currently in use and ensure there are no updates
