Cloud Trial Creation - Error

Hello Everybody,

I've been getting the following error message regarding the name of the cloud trial I am trying to create.

"Name of the cloud trial" is already in use. Please select another one.

Moreover, I am also getting the notification:

"An Error has occured.
An error on trial creation has occured. Pleas try again or contact our Support"

DocuWare currently has more than 10000 cloud customers plus test/demo systems for partners - it is possible that all the names you tried are taken already.
You can just check that yourself by opening the URL you are trying to create in another browser tab.

If the URLs do not redirect to a DocuWare Login Page and the creation still does not work, please create a support request.

I've tried that and the error persists.

I am going to create a support request and update this thread when I find the solution.
