Good afternoon.

After a Docuware instalation v6.7, we presented some issues when running the Docuware Workflow Designer:

"An unhandled exeption occurred: The remote server returned an unexpected response: (405) Method not allowed". and wont start the app.

If we try to open settings inside Docuwarer, a windows error popup showed: "Error en inicio de sesion con token"....

We retry to install the Desktop Apps and the same errors appear.

What could be?

Thanks.

Well this could be anything. Why are you on 6.7? The current version is 6.12. If you want assistance then you must open a Support Request. The version you are on is 3.5 years old.
Personally, I would upgrade to 6.9 then to 6.12. The only reason for staying on 6.7 is if you continue to use the Windows Client. Since it does not support Workflow Manager what is the use case here?

Hi Phil.

We are staying in this version 6.7 because before we attempt 3 times to upgrade to version 6.11 but with database errors, (modified records), So in each attemp we performed a Database backup from v6.7 and is not possible to restore it on 6.11 Docuware version (thinking that error would be corrected). Then we performed a fresh install of the 6.7 and restored the previous database backup but with this kind of errors in desktop apps and settings.

You must get support to assist you. You also must upgrade to DocuWare 6.9 and then to 6.11/6.12 when you are using Workflow Manager.
