Logout user after 10 minutes

Hi, Our users came with a 'complaint' that docuware is login out a user automaticly after 10 minutes. where can we reset this or alter the logout secuence?

DocuWare normally does not log users out automatically after 10 minutes. Therefore, I suspect this is more likely a client/user (cookie) issue.

Does this affect only one user? Is the user logged out after 10 minutes of inactivity, or even while actively working in DocuWare?

Is this a DocuWare Cloud system or an On-Premise system?

By default, I believe there is a 60-minute logout timer when the user is inactive.

Could the user’s cookie settings be too restrictive?

we have set the logout time to 6 hours, but it keeps popping up with the automatic logout screen that will end the session???

Ill check the cookies... it is cloud
