Unable to copy text on fillable form

Hi guys.

I have an issue where if I want to copy data filled in over the workflow to my document (Before Flattening) I cannot use the copy on the system. I have to either go into index entries or enter the data manually. If I do copy it, it just shows blocks as per attached.

I used to be able to do this. Why has this changed?
