Yes, with COLD file cabinets as of version 4.1b (with fix number 20) or versions greater than 4.1b, you can define capacity limits for the size of disk of up to 4 GB. Even if you define a greater capacity, beyond 4 GB it will be reported that the disk is full. You can choose whether you will use the disk further. In this case you have to manually care for the capacity control beyond 4 GB.
