Yes, thank you.  I thought I had to do that because of an article I had found suggested that.  I'm testing the workflow but I'm not getting prompted to enter the GL Coding information - I have "GL Coding*" in the confirm box (see screen shots) - I know I have something wrong but trying to figure it out.  When I add a text field in the dialog - that pops up.  Any thoughts on this?
 

I created a workflow task to assign GL codes to a purchase order. I have a Field "GL Code" as type Table.  In the decisions tab, I added a dialog called "GL Coding" which is an index table.  I added a validation condition of "SUM(Approve_PO_GL_Coding[GL_CO_AMOUNT]) = GV_Total" where the SUM amount is coming from the workflow fields and "GV_Total" is a variable that holds the total amount.

In the Assign Data tab - this is where we should be storing what was entered but I'm confused.  I select the destination type of "Index table - Multiple columns", Field/Variable of "GL Coding" and I'm confused on Entry type and the entry.  

I'm searching but I'm not finding much on this part.  

When our DocuWare was originally set up, the company that did the work didn't set the users document trays correctly.  I ran the following query

to determine which basket tray is the user's default.  Example, for John Doe - when I look at the document trays, I don't see his.  Looking at this query he has "WEB_BASKET_BUFFER_90".  If I go into configurations and look for "WEB_BASKET_BUFFER_90" - it is not listed.  How do I go about fixing this so I can do configurations for Outlook Email so the user can upload to their tray before they store it to a file cabinet?
 

I ended up going a different route to connect my .NET application to DocuWare.

I'm following the following link and I created the app in the "App Registration" using "Native application" since this is a Windows Desktop application.  I'm using the example from the link above and I filled in my ClientID, Scope, RedirectUri, PlatformUri and OriganziaitonGuid.  I did not enter a ClientSecret as I did not see that listed.  I'm confused on the redirect uri - I am not sure what goes there but I put the regular link to DocuWare there. 

When I run it - I get " Error loading discovery document: Issuer name does not match authority" - so I navigated to the identity link as described in another article and everything matches.  But I'm not sure what else to do - the ... in the line below is the name/domain for our server which is hosted by us.

Is there any guides on how to configure the workflow module for invoice processing.  I've seen some videos but they are just more "this is what you can do".  I would like to be able to apply GL Coding to the invoices and also match up PO's to invoices for automatic approval.

I have a computer where the desktop client is installed but the install is messed up.&#160; I tried to uninstall it but it fails.&#160; I will not let you uninstall or install anything.&#160;<br> <br> I have created a form and placed checkboxes on the form for the users to check.  I called it checkbox1 and checkbox2 for this example.  Form works great - I'm able to check which one I need.

When I go to do merge to an existing PDF, I got to place the checkbox on the form and it shows that it will place an "X" but it does not.  It places the entire text string.  

I attached a copy of the "Fill Area Settings" - it shows in the sample it will put an "X" but the fill mode is not editable and is set to field content.  How can I change this?

 

I'm working with checking out a file to the file system and when I hit the line "Using result = Await connection.EasyCheckOutToFileSystemAsync(fileCabinetId, docId).ConfigureAwait(False)" - it exits the function and does not download a file. No exception is being thrown.  I walked thru the code line by line.  The variables being passed in are correct - the connection is open, fileCabinetId and docId all have values and they do match up to what DocuWare has.  I'm confused on this part.
