Behavior:
A "Connect to MFP Connector" module is not working properly on a MFP device. This can be for example the "unable to connect" error message from Connect to Ricoh.
Please create a debug log before contacting support.

Solution:
Download the file "MFP Debug.zip".

  1. Unzip the MFP Debug folder.
  2. Edit “debug to file.bat” and change the IP address to the IP address of the MFP device you are using.
  3. Run the bat file and reproduce the error on the device.
  4. Stop the bat file and find the log at "C:\mfplog.txt".
