								Hi Craig,

Be careful as the Stellent viewer is not integrated any more (starting in V7) in DocuWare

We had big trouble to view vsd or vsdx (Visio) files

								HI Wetson

"Amazon Web Services (AWS) are not supported for running DocuWare, neither for servers nor for clients."
 from https://help.docuware.com/#/home/55049/2/2
Looks like the road is going to be bumpy !

								Hello

 Have a look here :

 https://support.docuware.com/de-DE/forums/help-with-technical-problems/490b9904-4c8e-ea11-99e5-0003ff59aaf5#45371032-908e-ea11-a811-000d3ab40761

From DW 7.3 Web server is 64 bits, you have to go in \Program files not \Program files (x86)

								My SR was SR-127917-Q3T5F

The fix was to install the last 7.3 version (it was July  8th) and to modify the DocuWare.BPS.Processes.settings in C:\Program Files\DocuWare\Background Process Service.
And set the  SelfTriggeredAmountLimit. to  0
 Then restart BPS.

BUT, i cannot guarantee our problem is the same as mine. My problem was thaht the autoindexailed to start and I found "format name buffer memory delivered by API too small to adjust to format name" in the log

I would recommend you to submit a SR if your case is different

								Hi

Depends if you are talking about the viewer from the Document tray or the viewer from the file cabinet

 What I see from a 7.3 is :
From the document tray the value displayed is the DocID
From the File Cabinet the value if the field marked as the document name.

It might depend also which was the original version number (before update)

								Hi
If not done yet, you should have a look at BPS logs (\programdata\docuware\logs) and search for any error with autoindex job
You might encountered the error I had with an Autoindex jobs triggered on filecabinet event, there was a bug in 7.3

								Hello
Thanks for the feedback. Looks like the Connect To Sharepoint is not high priority for DocuWare. It's a shame as Sharepoint is widely used for collaborative tasks but pretty bad as an ECM platform.
