DW Cloud - File cabinet creation error

When attempting to create a new file cabinet, I'm seeing an error stating:
Cannot find matching source guid for Id: 72459 in relationship with type: OCRTemplate.
We can't seem to get beyond this error.

The only way to resolve this error was to create a support ticket and have the support team assist. Even if I had seen this previously, I couldn't have done it without their assistance.
