My customer of 3 months now is experiencing very slow performance with their new Cloud system. They complain they hit CONFIRM within the workflow, and the round whirly gig rotates for 5, maybe 10 minutes before it moves on.

I tried to logon myself, and it two no less than a minute to show the GUI.

The attached Performance Report looks to be below average.
