This behavior occurs when a document from a Send Request has been deleted from the system. To resolve this, the task must be removed from DocuWare. Please refer to the following guide to remove the erroneous task;

- From the Web Client, click on the Tasks tab, then select Monitor tasks.
- From Monitor tasks, locate the Send Request, right-click, and choose Stop requests. This will remove it from the list.
