Indexing issue with forms

We have a form which is using behaviours to display fields depending on the value of another field, but when we use intelligent indexing to scan the information from the field in the document tray, it only seems to scan the information correctly for one field.

Any ideas?

without further knowledge of the resulting documents,  I think you probably have to train Intelligent Indexing with all the different varieties. One idea would also be to create some document containing ALL content and train Intelligent Indexing with these documents.
Is there no way to use the with Forms included Indexing possibilities?
