What can you do, if you try to use "Print to Mag/Send To Fortis" and the Login button is greyed out?

Answer:
If you are attempting to use the Send To Fortis/Print to MAG Feature and notice the login button is greyed out please preform the following steps:

  1. Open Windows Registry Editor.Browse to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Westbrook Technologies, Inc.\Fortis\InstallInfo
  2. Verify that the Path value in this folder is a UNC path i.e. \\servername\imaging\fortis . NOT C:\imaging\Fortis
  3. Browse to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Westbrook Technologies\Fortis\InstallInfo
  4. Verify that the Path value in this folder is a UNC path i.e. \\servername\imaging\fortis . NOT C:\imaging\Fortis
  5. Check the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Westbrook Technologies, Inc.\Fortis\InstallInfo
  6. Verify that the Path value in this folder is a UNC path i.e. \\servername\imaging\fortis . NOT C:\imaging\Fortis
