Behavior:
When accessing any DocuWare Desktop Apps, you receive an error message such as the following (Error will specify affected application);

"The Designer version is different from the version of your system."


Solution:
This error occurs when certain DocuWare Desktop Apps are not updated to their latest versions. Complete the following to update your Desktop Apps;

1. In the DocuWare Web Client, click the dropdown under your user name and select Desktop Apps > Install Desktop Apps.

2. Run the DocuWare Client Setup, where we should be prompted to apply the latest update;

3. Once the update has been completed, we will be prompted to restart the computer. 

4. It is recommended to restart your computer after the update. However, you should now be able to access all your DocuWare Desktop Apps without error.
