Behavior:
When attempting to scan to FTP, you receive the following error;
"Fail: Cannot Write To".
After receiving this error, you check the FTP location, and it is accessible.
Solution:
By default, some MFP's attempt to make a directory in the FTP destination, but DocuWare does not allow the creation of directories by anonymous users. By product design, only anonymous authentication is allowed on our FTP site.
You will need to disable the setting that creates directories during the Scan to FTP process within your MFP.
