Scenario:
When attempting to log into the DocuWare Academy Learning Platform (Learning Management System), you receive the following error message:
 
"Open ID authentication failed."
 
Resolution: 
If you have not accessed DocuWare Academy within the last two years, your account will be automatically disabled. Please note that while your account may be disabled, all progress and completed certificates are retained.

DocuWare Support is not able to reactivate disabled Academy accounts. To resolve this issue, please contact the DocuWare Academy team directly at trainingcenter@docuware.com and request that your account be reactivated.
 

KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
