Introduction:
This article addresses common issues partners may encounter with My Business, including login problems, permission errors, and visibility issues. It also provides internal troubleshooting steps and references to detailed KBAs.
 
Login issues:
Partners who cannot log in may see the error: "You do not have appropriate permissions." This error can be resolved by KBA-37818.
 
In addition to the KBA, if the Partner account has multiple entries, it's possible that an active entry is causing the error to persist. 
 
        -Ensure all duplicate entries have the correct flags created (done by the support team)
 
Visibility Issues:
Common visibility issues are addressed by KBA-37775
 
In addition to the KBA, it's possible that the account the partner is attempting to view is associated with a different Partner account.
      -With our internal tools, we can verify which partner account the customer is connected to.
      -Support can confirm which accounts the Partner has rights to.
      -The Partner can also be invited by the Admin of another account to be given rights as well.
