Scenario:
When attempting to create a new file cabinet, the following error message is shown, 

"Fulltext Server is not accessible. Contact your system administrator"



Solution:
This error can occur when your DocuWare system has an additional Fulltext Server connection which was previously created, that may no longer be active or available. When attempting to create the file cabinet, DocuWare can default to this inactive Fulltext Server connection. To resolve this, please complete the following;

Open the DocuWare Administration Tool and navigate to DocuWare System -> Data Connections -> Fulltext Connections. Right-click the inactive/unused Fulltext connection, then select "Delete Solr connection".


Note: When you attempt to delete the connection, if any file cabinet utilizes that connection, you will not be able to delete it. No need to worry about selecting the incorrect one.


Once the working Fulltext connection is the only one remaining, you can create a file cabinet without error.
