What to do, when the password is not known?
Click on "Reset password," enter your DocuWare E-Mail address or username, and click on "Send email."
You receive an E-Mail. Click on the link in that mail and enter your NEW password.
If this is not working, please check if the E-Mail, username, and password are correct. If you typed in the wrong password, please do the password reset again. If it still does not work, please contact your system administrator. The admin can change the user passwords too.
If the admin password does not work and you can´t reset the password, please open a support request at DocuWare Support.
On-premise customers only:
To reset the admin password, you must send us the DWSYSTEM table from your database. This service costs extra!
