When attempting to open a document in DocuWare, the document fails to open, and the following error message is displayed;
"Getting file information task has failed!"

This issue results from cached data within the browser preventing DocuWare from opening documents via the Viewer. To resolve this, clear the cache of the web browser being used to access DocuWare. If you are unsure how to do this, please see KBA-36923 on how to delete browser cache and cookies.
