Behavior:
When attempting to view a customer's subscription information in My Business, the information doesn't load, and the following error is shown; 
 
"Unfortunately, we could not load data. please try again."

 
Solution:
Please refer to the following recommendations to resolve this behavior;
  • Clear all cache and cookies in the browser you are utilizing. In some instances, cached data can cause this issue to occur.
  • Ensure any Antivirus or Proxys present on the user's workstation is not intefering with https://mybusiness.docuware.com/. Ensure this website is whitelisted. Please refer to Avoid conflicts with Virus scanners and Proxys and work with your organization's IT administrator to alleviate and prevent this issue from reoccurring.
  • Ensure the browser being utilized to access My Business is updated to its latest version.
