Dear Mr. Donato,

to enable a guest account you have to create a user and configure the access rights.
Afterwards you can set this new created user as an guest account within the DocuWare Administration.
Navigate to: [Your Organization] -> General. In the section "Web Access" you can find the option "Guest Login" where you can select the User which should be used as Guest account.

Please note: When a user logs in as Guest, this user will use a license.

If any further questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,

Hello. This works alright but what if we need more than one user at a time to log in? Can more than one user account be designated as a guest?

Hello Pedro,

I do not think you can create more than one guest user, but a user can log on more than once using one license per logon.
So if you use concurrent licenses or assign multiple named licenses to the guest user, this could work.

However, I have not used this myself yet, so please test it yourself.

Just a note on the last comment above. In the Cloud one cannot assign multiple named licenses to the guest user, so the limit is only one, or is there a way around this?  I do not think one can assign multiple named licenses to a single user on-premise either.
