Basket Administration window and web clients

Hi,

I have a customer on 6.7 and has only just started to use the Web Client. 

They have baskets set up that files from workflows go into and also scanned docs. When i try and find these baskets in the document tray locations they are there and i cant select them. I know that windows client and web client are set up in two different programmes but how do i get them to look at the same baskets/trays?

What exactly are you trying to do?  DocuWare Web Baskets/Document Trays are not compatible with the fat client baskets.

Thanks for getting back to me.

The user has baskets set up that they can see in the FAT client but they want to start using the web client trays.

Is there a way of getting the documents that show in the baskets on the FAT client to show in the web client?

Hello Dean,

Thank you for the clarification.  The two baskets are not compatible.  You can migrate the FAT client basket docs to trays, and then I suggest to just scan new docs to trays with DW Scanner or DW Import.
