Web Form auto-populate city based on zip code

I have a web form where I will like to auto-populate the city field based on zip code.. has anyone done this?

DocuWare Forms doesn't have an option for database links or for autofill. This would be a good idea to share and get votes to be added. I would like to see it in the web client as well.

I too have the same query.
On FORMS the index filed needs to be populated from DB on entering the Employee or Student ID.
This will reduce the time for user filling all the fields again & again. 

You can do this now on newer versions of DocuWare using a multi-column select list.  You would need to create a multi column select list that has all of the zip codes and city names.  Then point the Form to this, select the correct column, then check the box to autofill if only one entry.
