I do not understand why the first person should lock out the others. Each user gets a single workflow task and can open the document. The only locking would happen, if the users have to edit the document or make annotations to it. Taking a decision with the workflow should work fine.

Actually the command just replaces all existing keywords with the new ones. So you have to read the current content and then write the current content plus the new content.

this post is old, but could you figure it out? If not I would be interested in understand what is slow, and why you think, that you cannot limit it far enough. Do you just need the data from a single column? Or just the data like it is shown in a select list?

auch wenn es möglich ist, dass ein Briefkorb von mehreren Benutzer gleichzeitig benutzt wird, gibt es für Briefkörbe keine Benachrichtigungen oder etwas ähnliches. Briefkörbe dienen der Vorsortierung und zur temporären Aufbewahrung zwischen dem Import und der Ablage in einem Archiv. Wenn Sie eine Benachrichtigung benötigen an die Benutzer benötigen, dann sollten die Dokumente in einem Archiv abgelegt werden. Dafür können dann auch die entsprechenden Benachrichtigungen erstellt werden.

"Allow new entries" is the right to add a completly new entry for this field into the file cabinet while "Modifiy" basically means, that the user can change the index entry for an already stored document.

wir haben PaperOrganizer im Jahr 2014 als Beta-Version auf den Markt gebracht. Leider ist PaperOrganizer diesem Beta-Status nie entwachsen. Die Apps für Android und iOS haben wir bereits 2017 aus den Stores herausgenommen, da diese den steigenden Anforderungen der Anbieter nicht mehr gerecht wurden.
Die Webseite lief noch bis Mitte des Jahres 2019 ohne Einschränkungen, seitdem gibt es keine Verbindung mehr zu Intelligent Indexing und somit können die Dokumente nicht mehr analysiert werden. Laut den Statistiken wurde auch die Webseite fast nicht mehr benutzt, so dass wir uns nun entschieden haben, PaperOrganizer komplett einzustellen.
PaperOrganizer selbst hat keinerlei Dokumente gespeichert, es gibt deshalb keinen Daten- oder Dokumentverlust. Alle Dokumente liegen auf dem angebundenen Speicherdienst (Google Drive/OneDrive).
Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis, dass wir diesen Dienst nicht mehr weiter anbieten können.

Hi Nathan,
there is currently no functionality to direct a user to the top levels in the Web Client. All URL integrations are just to open parts of the client as e.g. a single list, a single task list, a single task.

So the only thing possible is to start a workflow and then inform the user via email with a link to the task. So the user just has to click on the link in the email and can approve the document.

This problem was fixed with Version 7.0 Update 20181024 and in newer versions.

nice, that #1 works now. #2 is currently not possible. You always have to use the select list manually.
