ein automatischer Versand einer E-Mail aus DocuWare ist mit dem Workflow Manager möglich. Dafür richten Sie einen Workflow ein, der auf die entsprechenden Dokumente startet, und verwenden dort die E-Mail-Aktivität.

die Definition der Spalten nehmen Sie im Workflow Designer vor. Wenn Sie einen Workflow geöffnet haben, dann ist oben ein Button für die Definition der Aufgabenliste. Hier können Sie dann Spalten und auch die Sortierung definieren.

this is quite easy to answer:

• PaperScan stores the documents only on the device, there is no PaperScan server
• The Mobile app does only access the documents in your DocuWare system and stores the document there.

It is possible to delete documents using the Platform API.
Just call the DeleteSelfRelation method in your Document object: document.DeleteSelfRelation();

Dear Craig,

no, there is currently no way to make them work the same. Basically in a mixed result set, all possible actions are available and the rights for a specific document are checked when accessing the individual document.
This individual check happens when opening the document in the viewer OR when trying to do the specific action from the result list.
Doing all the individual checks in the result list would put a big load on the system slowing everything down.

Hallo Frau König,

die interaktiven Touren verwenden automatisch die Sprache, die im Browser als Sprache eingestellt ist. Wenn der Browser auf englisch als Standardsprache umgestellt wird, werden auch die Touren auf englisch angezeigt werden.

Hi Steve,

there is no way to change the stamps for the "Send request" feature. The feature is meant to work without configuration, so that a lot of DocuWare users can use it right away.

Hallo Herr Becker,

mit Version 7.3 können die Stempel  nur noch in der Konfiguration definiert werden. Auch die Option für unsichtbare Stempel ist dann dort zu finden.
