diese Infos würde ich wahrscheinlich via REST API abrufen.
Gerade da Sie hier Informationen von verschiedenen Stellen miteinander verknüpfen wollen (Typ, Länge sind Feldeigenschaften, Pflichtfeld, Auwahllisten kommen aus dem jeweiligen Dialog), wird das über reines SQL wahrscheinlich schwierig.

Über die .NET/REST API können Sie relativ einfach die Felder eines Archivs abrufen und hätten damit schon den ersten Teil der benötigten Informationen, den zweiten Teil können Sie durch abrufen der Dialoge erhalten.

Diese Infos können Sie dann so kombinieren wie benötigt und auch in Ihrem gewünschten Format ausgeben.

Update installations are usually not part of a support contract. You can do them yourself, ask your ADP to do that (usually for a fee) or have DocuWare Professional Services (definitely for a fee) do that.
Have a look at the "Updates" button on the top of this page, you can find the downloads and instructions there.

Hi Camilo, 

installing a new Version like 7.0 or 7.1 is only possible if you have a license file for this version.
Normally you should pay a yearly maintenance and support contract which allows you to request a new license file from your DocuWare Partner (or DocuWare themselves if you are a direct customer).
Without this license file the setup will not continue.

Hinterlassen Sie gern einen Vorschlag hier: https://docuware.uservoice.com/

Ansonsten lässt sich hier vielleicht etwas mit der REST API anstellen, evtl. lassen sich die durch das Formular erstellte neuen Dokumente herunterladen und als neue Version bestehender Dokumente automatisch hochladen wenn es entsprechende Matchcodes gibt, allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob die API entsprechende Funktionen für Versionsverwaltung bietet, Anfragen dieser Art hatte ich noch nicht.

is the window resized or different sizes on different workstations (regarding resolution)?
Maybe the anchor is found in more than one spot? In that case, try to use a different one. 
Have you tried using another screen capture method?

Hi Daryl, 

I think your arithmetic expression is a fancy way to say "2". 
If you want to count the number of documents meeting your criteria inside the file cabinet, you need to look it up in the database in your "assign data" step, however, this only works if your expected result is 100 or less.
f you expect more than 100 entries, you may need to use a webservice which searches for the number of documents and returns the number of results or rethink if this is the only way to reach your goal.

Hi Ricard, 

I think there used to be a small KB article, but I can not find it right now.
Basically, SSO is not yet possible on on-premise solutions and in DW Cloud only supported with Azure AD.

Opening up your on-premise System for external access is not really a DocuWare specific thing.
All you need to do is supply your IIS with an SSL certificate, enable correct website bindings and configure your router/firewalls in a way that allows a public url like dw.yourcompany.com to be routed to your DocuWare Server.

All this is default Microsoft and Networking Tech which every IT department should be able to handle with ease. 

The only DocuWare specific part is that you need to change the WebConnection inside the DocuWare Administration to HTTPS once you start using it.

Hallo Herr Merzdorf, 

ich tippe auf ein Cache-Problem des IIS. 
Starten sie den IIS einmal durch, sollte das nicht helfen, löschen Sie manuell den Cache des Platform Services (wie wir auch den Cache für den Diamant Webservice beim Update löschen, über C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files) und führen im Idealfall noch einen IIS Neustart durch.

sind die Desktop Apps überall mit aktualisiert worden? 
Was für ein Versionswechsel wurde gemacht, 7.2 -> 7.3 oder etwas anderes?
Wie werden die Rechnungen automatisch importiert? Connect to Mail? DocuWare Import? Connect to Outlook? andere Tools?
