Can't Turn On Intelligent Indexing for Document Tray

Hi,
I can't seem to turn on intelligent indexing for a new document tray that I created. It's just grayed out.
Does DocuWare Cloud have a limit on the number of document trays available for Intelligent Indexing?

I'm having the same problem (and, yes, the intellix option in the specified store dialog is turned on). Was this resolved?

Solved (in my case at least) by going to the General tab of the file cabinet and clicking on Full-text-options and selecting 'Default OCR Settings'. For some reason it was saying 'Inaccessible OCR Template'
