Scenario:
I need to reset my password, but after multiple attempts, I do not receive any of the reset password emails. 
 
Solution:
Please refer to the following recommendations to help alleviate this issue;
  • Please check your Spam / Junk folder to ensure that these emails are not being routed to this location.
  • Make sure the email address is entered correctly in the DocuWare User Management plugin. Ask your System Administrator to confirm the email address is correct within DocuWare.
  • Confirm with your IT department that these emails are not being blocked at the Mail server.
