Question:
I have a URL created with the URL Creator app that is not working as expected. How can I identify and correct the issue?

Answer:
To better identify issues within URLs created via URL Creator, please refer to the following guide;

1. In this example, a URL is created that returns Invoices from our system. However, we encountered an issue, and the documents were not returned;

"Wrong Query! Query : [Document_Type] - 'Invoice'"

2. The error returned indicates an issue with the search query used. Open the URL Creator tool and then paste the URL used within the Parse URL section.

3. After providing the URL, click Next, then browse through the settings and navigate to the section where the error referenced an issue. In our scenario, our search query is causing an issue.
To address this, view the Query section and make the
necessary corrections. For this issue, the field name in the query is misspelled.

4. Once the correction is made, press Next so that a new URL can be created. Then, we should be able to access our documents without error.
There are various reasons why a URL can experience issues. Utilizing the URL Creator tool's parsing feature will help you diagnose the issue and make the appropriate changes.
