Question:
My mailbox is empty, why does Connect to Mail still retrieve e-mail?
Behavior:
I have set up folder monitoring for the inbox of my invoice mailbox in Connect to Mail. Outlook does not show me any emails in the folder.
Nevertheless, Connect to Mail keeps storing emails in DocuWare when I activate the configuration.

Solution:
The Outlook cache mode is active and only shows current emails, older emails are automatically hidden or are not retrieved from the Exchange server.
