To generate the HAR file, please do the following,
- Using Command Prompt or Run, enter the following command, then press Enter.
olk.exe --devtools - This will open New Outlook, as well as the DevTools window, where you can capture network traffic.
- Reproduce the issue seen with DocuWare for Outlook, then export the HAR file from DevTools.
As long as the behavior could be successfully reproduced while doing the capture, this should contain useful information to help in diagnosing the issue.
