Scenario:
After a DocuWare system upgrade/migration, you attempt to open a document and receive the following error in the top right corner of the web client:
ERROR: "Page cannot be rendered."
In the DocuWare.Platform.Log (predefined location) in C:\ProgramData\DocuWare\Logs, you will see the following error:
"Exception: DocuWare.Content.Management.Model.Exceptions.SectionContentNotFoundException; message: Imaging operation has failed due to not found section content."
In the DocuWare.Imaging.Worker.xxx.xxx.Log, you will see the following error:
ERROR: "OpenFile has failed! ex:File cannot be found! Path: C:\Example\Path"
Solution:
Ensure the Windows user running the DocuWare services and IIS app pools have full access to all of the storage locations. This is especially important if the storage locations are on a network drive.
