Question:
How often is the DocuWare survey shown once it is completed?

Answer:
Typically, once a DocuWare survey is completed, it will not return until the system’s display conditions are met again. For the NPS Survey, the user must have logged in 100 times, and at least 150 days must have passed since the survey last appeared. For the UX Survey, it will reappear after 30 logins on the latest DocuWare version.

If a user closes the survey by clicking “X” or “Complete” without answering the survey, the login counter is reset. Which means the survey will appear again once the user reaches the required number of logins and the minimum day threshold has passed again.

However, if the survey appears again immediately after completion, it may indicate that the local storage data (used to track login counts and timing) was not properly saved. Clearing the browser cache or local storage will also remove these survey counters, causing the survey to reappear sooner than expected.

To prevent an early return of the survey, ensure that the browser and its privacy settings allow local storage rights. Browser extensions or restrictive policies can interfere with this process and reset the survey logic.
