Behavior:
When uploading documents via the Desktop apps Scanner, not all documents fed to the scanner are being uploaded. You have ensured you are using proper drivers, but you still only see a limited number of scans uploaded to your DocuWare site.
Solution:
Ensure you verify which USB port your scanner is plugged into. If your scanner is plugged into a USB 2.0 port, this would be the core cause of the issue above. USB 2.0 is limited to a lower data transfer rate. Please switch over to a USB 3.0 port and attempt to scan your documents again.
