Add Merge Form Error : The user name or password is incorrect-1529950641

Hello,

I am trying to configure a Merge form but get an error when I try to upload a template. i can go through designing a form and setting up its submission settings but cannot get past uploading a Merge Form template. I try to upload a template and the dialog box pops up.I click a document but an error message pops up.

The error message is

Error Uploading template : the user name or password is incorrect.

I am signed in under an admin user and have form rights. What would be causing this issue if I am able to log on and have rights to configure forms, and how can it be fixed? Thanks!

Unless someone else chimes in who has seen this error before, I think you should open a Support Request so the team can investigate and assist you. The error may be mis-leading and the problem could be something unexpected.
