Thank you for also opening a Support Request about this topic. I have answered it in the meantime, but want to share the information also here:
DocuWare Cloud does not offer additional security features for FTP, but the communication is encrypted via FTPs by default.

For importing documents, we recommend DocuWare Desktop for the central use cases, which has all the functionalities and security settings to cover all use cases. DocuWare Desktop has the main focus on DocuWare as a scan/import app. Scan to FTP is an additional module that was developed primarily for use cases with old MFP devices (without authentication). If the customer uses the FTP connection to provide data files for Autoindex or Workflow Manager, you can also think about using LDC.

Gibt es denn Aussicht, dass der LDC mit der Zeit nicht mehr auf die 1.000 Zeilen beschränkt ist?<br> Denn wir stehen vor dem selben Problem.&nbsp;<br> Unsere Einträge aus einer SQL-View / Tabelle übersteigen bei weitem diese Grenze und ich sehe sonst keinen Weg mir diese Daten zu holen, bzw. für Auswahllisten bereitszustellen.<br> <br> Viele Grüße, Julia Jatzek
