Question:
Sometimes the Import Jobs stop automatically.
What is the reason why they stop?
Answer:
Following are the most common root causes listed:
- The Authentication Server is not available
- If a meta data file is present, without a corresponding file
- The Import configuration gets deletet or the usage rights for the configuration were changed
- The Import folder got deletet / moved
- The file access is eather restricted or got changed, eather by a different programm or Windows rights
The Desktop Service log shows quite detailed why the Job was stopped.
