It is using Org Admin. Phil is correct, version control is enabled. Phil, after I export, can I just run a deletion workflow on same parameters and get the same results?

Phil, but I can't select delete source documents... its greyed out. See attachment.

I want to move documents from one cabinet to another.  I don't want to copy. Do I use the migration workflow? I tried the export but it just copies the documents over and the option to delete source document is greyed out. Docuware 6.10

What version of docuware are you on? What email client does this user have on their PC? If it is outlook, is it 32 or 64bit?

Where can you remove the option for the user to see the "Edit Select List" when using a select list in the web client. They are on the cloud and the users only have the Read and Edit Profiles assigned to them. What option gives them this right? 

UPDATE: Looks as though this may not be possible on the cloud. Very dissapointing. What is the point of forcing a select list when the user can just add to it?? Support is looking into it with the cloud team.

Anyone know if this is possible? Haven't figured it out. I created a user voice  for it cause I am not sure it can be done.

in the case I have used, the server I was using was for RO and that was it. The settings file was just adjusted for that and the normal URL was read only. Just connected the smart connect search users desktop apps to that url http://hostname/docuware/platform and it works fine.
