Hi Marc,&nbsp;<br> <br> a user account is not automatically a license.<br> Example: You bought DocuWare Professional Server with 18 Licenses and RO.<br> <br> No matter how many licenses you have, you can always create an endless number of user accounts in DocuWare.<br> In the Administration Tool, you can assign your 18 named licenses to users, or convert 4 named licenses to a single concurrent license (and back).<br> <br> A user without assigned license can not log on using the Platform and will receive an error message "No license found for user XY". However, they can log on to PlatformRO without problems.<br> <br> Everyone still has their own user, but they do not need a license assigned to use RO.<br> <br> If you want people to use one user without needing credentials and RO, you need to use the guest user function.&nbsp;<br> This is disabled by default. this is correct, expected behaviour. A Tray is not "linked" to a user, the only relation to users are the access rights.

Hallo Frau Moldenhauer, 

das ist mit Bordmitteln aktuell nicht möglich. 
Allerdings habe ich für ähnliche Szenarien bereits Tools für die .NET API entwickelt, die das Original herunterladen und dann X mal mit leicht abweichenden Indexeinträgen über die API wieder archivieren, so dass Kopien des Dokuments entstehen, welche dann über ein Statusfeld o.ä. einen neuen Workflow auslösen.

Hallo Herr Acker, 

das geht nur indirekt. Ein Formular erzeugt bisher immer ein neues Dokument.
Was Sie machen könnten, wäre mit diesem neuen Dokument einen Workflow starten, welcher über Daten zuweisen Informationen zurück an ein bestehendes Dokument schreibt. Die "überflüssigen" Dokumente, die so über das Formular erstellt werden, lassen sich ja durch eine Löschregel wieder automatisch entfernen.

das würde natürlich sehr viel manuellen Aufwand bedeuten. Eine andere Möglichkeit dafür besteht aktuell meines Wissens nach nicht.
Sie können gerne einen Eintrag auf Uservoice dazu machen.

Rnd()
kann Ihnen im Arithmetischen Ausdruck eine "Zufalls"-Zahl generieren. In Anführungszeichen deswegen, weil Rnd die Zahlen abhängig von einem Seed generiert und daher nicht komplett zufällig funktioniert.
