Customer has v 6.10 and claims to need to hit "Edit" and read in the Acrobat Viewer.  Otherwise E sized (33x44) images are not at all readable in the DocuWare viewer.  These are not AutoCad drawings.  They have been scanned and imported into DocuWare.

This would make sense. I believe the docuware viewer is just an HTML viewer. It is going to try and squeeze the image into the frame. If it is large format, you are going to have to open in an app like you would for some excel, CAD, indesign etc.

All documents are rendered to a PNG file for display in the viewer. The viewer does have zoom settings. I am not sure if the page is rendered at 8.5x11 or at it's orginal size. If you zoom in does the zoomed portion become clear and readable?

The DocuWare viewer also uses an image sharpening method which is great for reading text but might be not so great for drawings. It is the magic wand icon in the toolbar in the area "Display". You can toggle this option on and off.
